Hook-ups are available at the Mole Lake Casino for RV's. There are also numerous campgrounds in the area which have full services. Contact the Crandon Area Chamber of Commerce for more information (715.478.3450).
Assembly area is at the ball diamonds directly behind the Casino. To get there: From Hwy 55 turn east onto Sand Lake Road, turn right at the first intersection and look for WOHVA volunteers on your left. There is plenty of space in the assembly area for tow rigs and trailers. Please do not park your equipment in the Casino parking lot!
Only WOHVA Members will be allowed to access Tribal Lands with their vehicles. All trail vehicles entering the Tribal Lands must carry a WOHVA Spill Kit (No Exceptions!). All volunteers must have a signed Liability Waiver on file with WOHVA. Waivers and spill kits will be available at the assembly area. Rules of conduct and expectations will be presented on Saturday and Sunday morning. All volunteers must respect and obey these rules.
If volunteering, the following tools/equipment are recommended: work gloves, water, small ax or hand saw, loppers and/or weed wacker. NO CHAIN SAWS!!!
Sign-in will begin at 7:30am each day. Volunteers will depart from the staging/assembly area promptly at 9:00am. WOHVA will return to Mole Lake for lunch. You can picnic at the ball diamonds or join WOHVA by supporting the Cafe' Manoomin with your lunch dollars.
Watch these forums for updates as they become available.
Thanks for your cooperation and your volunteerism! See ya in Mole Lake.
