What's WOHVA done to advance OHV recreation recently?
The WOHVA Mole Lake Trails Project Team again met to plan the upcoming trail workdays on the Mole Lake Indian Reservation.
On May 10thth, Dave Phillips - WOHVA Volunteers cleaned their section of Highway 8 west of Crandon, Wisconsin. Later that weekend, WOHVA Volunteers began the formal trail building process on the Mole Lake Indian Reservation.
WOHVA submitted its' grant application to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The Grant, will address one of the major obstacles impeding repair and maintenance on the Pipeline 4X4 Trail.
WOHVA opened a new "Restricted Access Forum" to the newly forming Wisconsin Off-Highway Motorcycle Association (WOHMA). This forum will allow WOHMA to discuss issues and concerns to our friends in the OHM community. We look forward to them taking advantage of this communications tool!
What did you do to "Forward OHV Recreation" this week?
Remember, it's never an inopportune time to write a letter to your Federal or State Representatives and let them know what's important to you.
