Have a good weekend. Be smart.
Happy Independence Day! Thanks to the founding fathers for their foresight and persistence! Also, thanks to the men and women that either had served or currently are serving so I can enjoy my rights and freedom.
SO NOBODY did anything close to interesting?
I watched the fireworks in Arvada, Colorado on the 4th. Before that I put up a crown molding. Sunday I made a few beer can chickens complete with smoky hickory chips soaked in beer -what else? Then Sunday Evening I went to my first symphony, it was at the Red Rocks Ampitheter. That is quite a place to see a concert. It's the second time that I've been there.
Well we planned a cookout with about 25 family members and Jeepman had to handle to whole party himself since I ended up in the hospital. Watching the fireworks from the 11th floor of St Lukes just isn't the same.
I spent big bucks on a new toy ! Right Dan

Myself and a handful of other Wohva/Damage members were in the Crandon Parade. Anyone see us?
Surgery tomorrow. She won't be at the Damage meeting Thursday. Hopefully they get the plumbing fixed.
Hope all goes well. Our thoughts are with her. Please keep us posted.
I celebrated this great day out in South Dakota. Went to my Father's hometown which was having it's 125th town celebration. Spent two days at a Wacipi where he's a member of the tribe (142nd annual Pow Wow - kind of ironic in a sense) - for any Veterans out there, this is a very strong celebration and honoring of our Vets. Saw some great fireworks and drank alot of beer.
