    i got a postcard in the mail bout a recall on my 2005 wrangler unlimited

    Read the post card, what does it say? Take it in to fix or post up on the web?

    it says transmission cup plug bracket

    I did a few of these recalls back when I was wrenching 3 years ago, surprised you're first getting the card now.  It is all covered by Jeep so you just need to schedule and appointment and bring it in.
